JAT Roofing was founded in 2013 by long-time construction industry veterans and State Certified Building Contractors Bill Thomas and Joe Rojas.
Bill Thomas
JAT Roofing is a State Certified Roofing Contractor under the license of Bill Thomas. Bill has been in the construction and roofing business his entire career, having entered the field immediately after serving in the United States Marine Corps.
After licensure as a State Certified Building Contractor, Bill founded Creative Builders in 2000 and still operates that business today providing all phases of general construction work. Creative Builders has built a reputation for a “whatever it takes” dedication to doing the job right and taking care of the homes and businesses of its customers.
Bill brings that same level of commitment to every roof installed or repaired by JAT Roofing and is proud to offer professional quality work, completed with pride at a fair price.
Joe Rojas
Joe is a Tampa native. He developed an interest in the construction industry at an early age, often working along side his father on construction projects. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
After a long career in corporate America, he founded his own construction company, Construction Services of Tampa Bay. His mantra is to work on every home “as though it was my own.” This outlook has blessed his company with a great following of loyal customers over the years, allowing him to build a successful business by word of mouth.
